3 Ingredient healthy pancakes!

So itโ€™s the day after pancake day and after eating my body weight in pancakes last night I decided to share my favourite go to healthy pancake recipe with you all! I am a pancake lover and also a massive fan of making my favourite foods healthier and more nutritionally dense so I never feel like Iโ€™m missing out or depriving myself! ๐Ÿ’• 

These pancakes literally takes 15 minutes to make, they are so yummy and are super filling! 

(This recipe serves one and I make 2 or 3 small American style pancakes out of the batter) 

Ingredients- 

  • 1 large banana ๐ŸŒ

  • 1 large egg (or 2 small ones) ๐Ÿณ

  • A small handful of oats (roughly 2 tbsp)

Toppings-

(These toppings are just what I tend to use, you can use whatever tickles your fancy!) 

  • Tablespoon 0% Fage greek yogurt

  • Fruit of choice, I normally use raspberries, strawberries and blueberries 

  • A couple of teaspoons of honey or maple syrup  

Method- 

  • Blend the ingredients together (I recommend using a blender/hand blender to do this)

  • Put a teaspoon of coconut oil in your pan, let it melt, and then spread over the entire pan (can also use olive oil if you donโ€™t have coconut oil) 

  • Wait for pan to heat and then pour on your mixture! You can either make a couple of small ones or one big one! 

  • Once the bottom side is cooked flip them over and cook the other side, both sides should have started to slightly brown! 

  • Serve with your chosen toppings and ENJOY ๐Ÿ˜
