Upcoming BOOTCAMPS

Bootcamps are a great way to make sure you can fit in exercise with friends or family, bootcamp is super motivating and is a fun social engagement. If you’re concerned about coming alone, don’t be! I welcome all individuals and will make sure you feel part of the team! If this is your first bootcamp and/or you have any previous injuries I ask you to come a little earlier to ensure i am aware of any limitations.
